A Chinese Village
A Chinese village in south China. If they can, tourists to China should spend a little time in the rural region of the country instead of staying exclusively in big cities such as Shanghai or Beijing. As the major urban areas are increasingly becoming those in the West, there are still some nice, quite areas which give visitors some idea what it was like to live in the old-day China.
South China is greener than North China. It rains a lot more there. It is also better forested than North China even though as a whole China is extremely heavily populated. Bamboo is common in South China.
